No, you cannot use your Tractor Supply Company® Credit Card everywhere. You can only use this card at Tractor Supply storesand online through their website. This is astore card, which means that it is not backed by any major credit card network and only works at affiliated locations.

The only way you can cancel your Tractor Supply Company® Credit Card is to call customer service at (800) 263-0691 or the number you see on the back of your card. You cannot cancel a Tractor Supply Company® Credit Card online.

The Tractor Supply Credit Card can use any of the major credit bureaus for approval: TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian.

Yes, the Tractor Supply Company® Credit Card might do a hard pull for a credit limit increase.
If you request an increase, the issuer will notify you whether it will trigger a soft or a hard pull on your credit. In case it's a hard pull, your credit score might be temporarily affected.
Automatic credit limit increases, on the other hand, will always result in a soft inquiry and won't affect your credit score.

Terrible Customer Service. We paid off a significant portion of the card right after we received it in the mail and when we tried to use it to finance a larger purchase, we realized it was being held. Not by our bank, which confirmed the payment had already been transferred, but by Tractor Supply for approximately 12-15 days. We attempted to call and inquire about this, and the customer service representatives were dreadful, not at all helpful, and continued to talk over us, failing to answer our questions. We asked repeatedly for the policy that requires a payment to be held for nearly two weeks before credit is available, yet they repeatedly stated they would send us the policy and never did. They attempted to have my bank release the funds by calling them and having me relay my personal account information on a recorded call. I expressed my discomfort about this and asked if there was another verification method, but they refused to offer any alternative solution and just continued to argue and talk over me. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed the funds were released and they then tried to call, but the call dropped. This is a terrible card, and I would not recommend it to anyone due to the atrocious customer service.

Tractor Supply falsely advertises rewards that it does not fulfill. They will charge your card for items ordered that are never delivered, and then when you contact them to have the charges reversed because they could not deliver the product as promised, you will get hung up on, put off, and ignored. It took me over three weeks to get them to remove a $491 charge for a delivery they never provided. Not only could they not make good on the delivery, they wouldn’t remove the charge for weeks. Unless you have hours of time you would like to waste trying to get them to do the right thing, avoid this card!

I applied in-store for the card to purchase a high-ticket item. I received the bill before I received the card. I put the bill aside until I got the card. It was getting close to my due date, so I thought I would call and get help with the card not arriving. Point of note, you cannot sign onto your account until you activate the card, which I did not have. I called and tried to get a card ASAP, but they told me I would not receive it until after the due date and would be charged interest. They said I could pay over the phone now, but I had to give them my routing number and my checking account number over the phone to the person I was speaking to. Who in the world does that? I will see if I can argue it at a later date when I get my card, but what a pain in the backside. Don't get the card!

We have had nothing but headaches with our Tractor Supply Citi bank card. We went into store and paid our first Citibank bill IN FULL before the due date,then received a bill the next month for the same total with late fees and interest. Tractor supply says we do not owe them any money and it is a Citibank issue which we would have to clear up with Citibank. We have provided Citibank with a copy of our cancelled check along with our register receipt which states credit card payment and an authorization number. They say they will not fix the situation until they determine where our payment went???( even though they admit to seeing credit card payment and auth. Number printed on our receipt and the have the cancelled check there ).I have spent 7 hours on the phone with them and still no credit issued.

TSC has changed to visa total on my card went to $900 have never put more than $200 per month always paid total each month have not been able to get invoices of purchases
